Customization Service
We are happy to provide exclusive crystal customization services. Different styles, grades, and sizes will have different customization processes and costs.
- To ensure a comfortable fit, please measure your wrist size accurately according to our instructions.
- Estimated time for completion and delivery: about 4-5 weeks.

E-Invoice Information
In response to environmental protection, we use an electronic invoice system:
- If no personal carrier is provided, the system will automatically use the 'ECPay E-Invoice Carrier'.
- If the invoice wins a lottery, you can inquire and print it via the ECPay member system.
- We do not proactively provide paper invoices. Thank you for protecting the earth with us.
Since this product is a customized item made exclusively for you, adjustments may be made during production. The invoice will be issued upon shipment.
Shipping Policy
- Free shipping for most crystal items.
- Free shipping for accessories over $1000.
- Shipping fee of $80 applies for orders under $1000.
